MY
FAMILY?
(Joshua 24:15) "If it is disagreeable in your sight to
serve the LORD, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve:
whether the gods which your fathers served which were beyond
the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are
living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."
(Ephesians 4:31-32) Let all bitterness and wrath and anger
and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all
malice. Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each
other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.
(Proverbs 22:6) Train up a child in the way he should go, Even
when he is old he will not depart from it.
(Proverbs 29:17) Correct your son, and he will give you comfort;
He will also delight your soul.
(Proverbs 13:22) A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's
children, And the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the
righteous.
(Psalms 68:5) A father of the fatherless and a judge for the
widows, Is God in His holy habitation.
(Ephesians 6:1-4) Children, obey your parents in the Lord,
for this is right. HONOR YOUR FATHER AND MOTHER (which is the
first commandment with a promise), SO THAT IT MAY BE WELL WITH
YOU, AND THAT YOU MAY LIVE LONG ON THE EARTH. Fathers, do not
provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline
and instruction of the Lord.
(Hebrews 13:4) Marriage is to be held in honor among all, and
the marriage bed is to be undefiled; for fornicators and adulterers
God will judge.
MY
MONEY?
(2 Corinthians 9:6-8) Now this I say, he who sows sparingly
will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also
reap bountifully. Each one must do just as he has purposed in
his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves
a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to
you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, you
may have an abundance for every good deed;
(Mark 10:29-30) Jesus said, "Truly I say to you, there
is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother
or father or children or farms, for My sake and for the gospel's
sake, but that he will receive a hundred times as much now in
the present age, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers
and children and farms, along with persecutions; and in the
age to come, eternal life.
(Matthew 6:33) "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness,
and all these things will be added to you.
(Luke 16:11) "Therefore if you have not been faithful
in the use of unrighteous wealth, who will entrust the true
riches to you?
(Proverbs 11:28) He who trusts in his riches will fall, But
the righteous will flourish like the green leaf.
(Ephesians 4:28) He who steals must steal no longer; but rather
he must labor, performing with his own hands what is good, so
that he will have something to share with one who has need.
(1 Timothy 6:17) Instruct those who are rich in this present
world not to be conceited or to fix their hope on the uncertainty
of riches, but on God, who richly supplies us with all things
to enjoy.
MY
RELATIONSHIPS?
(Matthew 18:21-22) Then Peter came and said to Him, "Lord,
how often shall my brother sin against me and I forgive him?
Up to seven times?" Jesus *said to him, "I do not
say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.
(1 Peter 4:3-5) For the time already past is sufficient for
you to have carried out the desire of the Gentiles, having pursued
a course of sensuality, lusts, drunkenness, carousing, drinking
parties and abominable idolatries. In all this, they are surprised
that you do not run with them into the same excesses of dissipation,
and they malign you; but they will give account to Him who is
ready to judge the living and the dead.
(1 Corinthians 15:33) Do not be deceived: "Bad company
corrupts good morals."
(1 John 4:7-8) Beloved, let us love one another, for love is
from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
(Matthew 19:3-9) The Pharisees also came to Him, testing Him,
and saying to Him, "Is it lawful for a man to divorce his
wife for just any reason?" And He answered and said to
them, "Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning
'made them male and female,' "and said, 'For this reason
a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his
wife, and the two shall become one flesh'? "So then, they
are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined
together, let not man separate." They said to Him, "Why
then did Moses command to give a certificate of divorce, and
to put her away?" He said to them, "Moses, because
of the hardness of your hearts, permitted you to divorce your
wives, but from the beginning it was not so. "And I say
to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality,
and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever marries her
who is divorced commits adultery." (NKJV)
MY
JOB?
(1 Chronicles 22:13) "Then you will prosper, if you take
care to fulfill the statutes and judgments with which the LORD
charged Moses concerning Israel. Be strong and of good courage;
do not fear nor be dismayed. (NKJV)
(Matthew 6:33) "But seek first the kingdom of God and
His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
(NKJV)
(Ephesians 6:5-9) Bondservants, be obedient to those who are
your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling,
in sincerity of heart, as to Christ; not with eyeservice, as
men-pleasers, but as bondservants of Christ, doing the will
of God from the heart, with goodwill doing service, as to the
Lord, and not to men, knowing that whatever good anyone does,
he will receive the same from the Lord, whether he is a slave
or free. And you, masters, do the same things to them, giving
up threatening, knowing that your own Master also is in heaven,
and there is no partiality with Him. (NKJV)
(Titus 2:9-10) Exhort bondservants to be obedient to their
own masters, to be well pleasing in all things, not answering
back, not pilfering, but showing all good fidelity, that they
may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things. (NKJV)
