FORGIVE
OTHERS?
(Matthew 6:14-15) "For if you forgive others for their
transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
"But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will
not forgive your transgressions.
(Matthew 18:21-22) Then Peter came and said to Him, "Lord,
how often shall my brother sin against me and I forgive him?
Up to seven times?" Jesus *said to him, "I do not
say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.
(Luke 17:3) "Be on your guard! If your brother sins, rebuke
him; and if he repents, forgive him.
(Mark 11:25) "Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if
you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is
in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions.
(Colossians 3:13) bearing with one another, and forgiving each
other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord
forgave you, so also should you.
(Philippians 3:13-14) Brethren, I do not regard myself as having
laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies
behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward
the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
(Hebrews 10:30) For we know Him who said, "VENGEANCE IS
MINE, I WILL REPAY." And again, "THE LORD WILL JUDGE
HIS PEOPLE."
(Matthew 5:10-12) "Blessed are those who have been persecuted
for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of
heaven. "Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute
you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of
Me. "Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is
great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who
were before you.
LEARN
TO PRAY?
(Matthew 6:5-15) "When you pray, you are not to be like
the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues
and on the street corners so that they may be seen by men. Truly
I say to you, they have their reward in full. "But you,
when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and
pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees
what is done in secret will reward you. "And when you are
praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do,
for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words.
"So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you
need before you ask Him. "Pray, then, in this way: 'Our
Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. 'Your kingdom
come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. 'Give
us this day our daily bread. 'And forgive us our debts, as we
also have forgiven our debtors. 'And do not lead us into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power
and the glory forever. Amen.' "For if you forgive others
for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive
you. "But if you do not forgive others, then your Father
will not forgive your transgressions.
SHARE
MY LOVE FOR GOD?
(Acts 8:12) But when they believed Philip preaching the good
news about the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ,
they were being baptized, men and women alike.
(Acts 8:37-39) And Philip said, "If you believe with all
your heart, you may." And he answered and said, "I
believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." And he ordered
the chariot to stop; and they both went down into the water,
Philip as well as the eunuch, and he baptized him. When they
came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord snatched Philip
away; and the eunuch no longer saw him, but went on his way
rejoicing.
(Romans 10:15) How will they preach unless they are sent? Just
as it is written, "HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE
WHO BRING GOOD NEWS OF GOOD THINGS!"
(Philippians 4:4) Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will
say, rejoice!
(John 1:45-46) Philip *found Nathanael and *said to him, "We
have found Him of whom Moses in the Law and also the Prophets
wrote--Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph." Nathanael
said to him, "Can any good thing come out of Nazareth?"
Philip *said to him, "Come and see."
PLEASE
GOD?
(Matthew 22:36-40) "Teacher, which is the great commandment
in the Law?" And He said to him, "'YOU SHALL LOVE
THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL,
AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.' "This is the great and foremost
commandment. "The second is like it, 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR
NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.' "On these two commandments depend
the whole Law and the Prophets."
(John 4:23-24) "But an hour is coming, and now is, when
the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth;
for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. "God
is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit
and truth."
(Hebrews 13:15-16) Through Him then, let us continually offer
up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips
that give thanks to His name. And do not neglect doing good
and sharing, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.
(Colossians 1:10) so that you will walk in a manner worthy
of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in
every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;
(Romans 12:1-2) Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies
of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice,
acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by
the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will
of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
USE
MY TIME BETTER?
(Ephesians 5:14-16) For this reason it says, "Awake, sleeper,
And arise from the dead, And Christ will shine on you."
Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as
wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil.
(Psalms 9:9) The LORD also will be a stronghold for the oppressed,
A stronghold in times of trouble;
(Psalms 90:12) So teach us to number our days, That we may
present to You a heart of wisdom.
(Ecclesiastes 3:1) There is an appointed time for everything.
And there is a time for every event under heaven--
(Hebrews 4:16) Therefore let us draw near with confidence to
the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace
to help in time of need.
(2 Peter 3:8) But do not let this one fact escape your notice,
beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years,
and a thousand years like one day.
(James 1:19) This you know, my beloved brethren. But everyone
must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger;
INFLUENCE
THE WORLD?
(Matthew 5:14-16) "You are the light of the world. A city
set on a hill cannot be hidden; "nor does anyone light
a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and
it gives light to all who are in the house. "Let your light
shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works,
and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
(Daniel 12:3) "Those who have insight will shine brightly
like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who
lead the many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.
(Mark 16:15-16) And He said to them, "Go into all the
world and preach the gospel to all creation. "He who has
believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has
disbelieved shall be condemned.
(John 13:34) "A new commandment I give to you, that you
love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love
one another.
(1 John 5:3-5) For this is the love of God, that we keep His
commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome. For whatever
is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory
that has overcome the world--our faith. Who is the one who overcomes
the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
(Galatians 5:22-23) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy,
peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness,
self-control; against such things there is no law.
(Acts 17:30) "Therefore having overlooked the times of
ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere
should repent,
BECOME
A CHRISTIAN?
(John 3:16) "For God so loved the world, that He gave
His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not
perish, but have eternal life.
(John 8:24) 'Therefore I said to you that you will die in your
sins; for unless you believe that I am He, you will die in your
sins."
(Luke 13:3) "I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you
will all likewise perish.
(Acts 17:30) "Therefore having overlooked the times of
ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere
should repent,
(Matthew 10:32) "Therefore everyone who confesses Me before
men, I will also confess him before My Father who is in heaven.
(Romans 10:9-10) that if you confess with your mouth Jesus
as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from
the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes,
resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses,
resulting in salvation.
(Mark 16:16) "He who has believed and has been baptized
shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned.
(Acts 2:38) Peter said to them, "Repent, and each of you
be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness
of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
(1 Peter 3:21-22) Corresponding to that, baptism now saves
you--not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but an appeal to
God for a good conscience--through the resurrection of Jesus
Christ, who is at the right hand of God, having gone into heaven,
after angels and authorities and powers had been subjected to
Him.
(Acts 22:16) 'Now why do you delay? Get up and be baptized,
and wash away your sins, calling on His name.'
(Ephesians 4:1-3) Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore
you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you
have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience,
showing tolerance for one another in love, being diligent to
preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
